Louis Kalff designed desk light for Philips

Designed by Louis Kalff (1897 - 1976) in 1955, this lamp known as "junior" and made in the Netherlands.
In its original orange colour and in good condition, the shade and base made from aluminium. There is one very small ding to the shade but is not particularly visible.

Has been rewired with new cotton twist flex and has a PAT test. The bulb fitting is a standard E27.
Size height to top of shade (with no bulb) 40.5cm,, shade diameter 32cm, base diameter 15cm.
