Very large scarce enamelled sign featuring Dunlop tyres, a once great British tyre brand, though still in business today.
This came to us covered in paint, oil and grease and has now been restored as far as possible , retaining colours and most of the enamell on the steel base.
The bottom right shows some of the text A J Wilson & Co Ltd 154 Clerkenwell Road, London. They were either a distributor or maker. This sign dates to the early 1950s we believe.
